I am totally that this supplier caters to industrial companies. I purchased a small part that is difficult to get. I originalll purchased my part over the phone using a credit card. The shipping clerk told me the part would be there in 10 days. It did arrive in 9. I could not make it to pick it up for 6 weeks. When I did show up, the clerk could not find it.
