Purchased a new townhome from Kerr Properties in West Kelowna. The build was delayed 6 months from original completion date. They would not be up front and kept stringing us along saying a few weeks or one more month. When we finally got our deficiency walk through the house was in shambles, garbage everywhere, nothing was close to being completed. They didn't even bother to sweep the floors.
