Most of the time when you start a project as big as replacing an entire HVAC system, including the duct work and switching over Freon, you are bound to run into some challenges. With proper planning and implementation, KLHA rose to the challenges and even completed the job a day early. Kevin is transparent with the customer in all aspects of his business. Always a professional, very knowledgeable, and customer focused. I would absolutely recommend Kerr Lake Heating and Air for your HVAC needs.

Call them out to repair my A/C and instead of saying he didn’t want to do the job from the beginning, he led me to believe that he would do the work. After the other work was completed, when I called him he said that he didn’t want to do the job. If he had told me this from the beginning, I would've found another vendor. Pet peeve of mine is my time being wasted.

Kevin was very helpful and kind. Explains well the unit and how it works. Was on time and professional. He helped with our RV propane issues. Would highly recommend!!
