Excellent place. Smart and efficient administrative side, and Dr Jones listens, but also asks great questions about how best to treat you. Walked in with pain, walked out feeling like a new person. Would definitely recommend
Amazing customer service! Very kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing out of pocket if uninsured or insurance refuses coverage. Overall very relaxing experience that always make me feel better for the next weeks ahead!
February 6th I made an appointment with Dr. Kelsey Jones for Thursday. I let the receptionist know that I had insurance, Medicare/Supplement, but I would pay cash or check and she said that was fine. She then took pertinent info...name, date of birth, phone number and address. She, receptionist, sent via email the new patient forms for me to fill out.
