Kerr counseling has been a positive experience for me. She's very knowledgeable, prepared and makes you feel like you are truly listened to. I'm glad that I chose this therapist and recomend her to anyone else looking a compassionate emdr specialist.
I saw this therapist for a few months. She is knowledgeable and skilled in EMDR although (in my case) not warm or personable. However I continued to see her until she exposed me to COVID during a session (she had already started having symptoms including losing her sense of taste but did appointments anyway) and caused me to lose work and income for 2 weeks (I'm a healthcare provider) and did not offer anything other than an apology and a text that said, "that's a bit of a suck," No refund for that session, no offer to comp ... read more
