We had a fantastic reno experience with Kerr. Ale, Nisha, and Ximena were tremendous resources during planning and design. We had an unusual project: because of landscaping changes by the previous owners of our heritage house, we needed to add about 18 inches to the foundation under a portion of the wall under our front porch. Kerr came by a few days after our request for a quote, quoted accurately, and started work within 10 days of us signing the straightforward contract. We recently had a number of projects completed by Kerr including a new roof for our shed and a new concrete pad for our heat pump. The work was done mostly by Eric and supervised by Eric. The work was great and the two Erics were a pleasure to deal with. We have hired Kerr before and will do so again.
