Kerr Design and Kerr Build built us a lovely apartment for our extended family.They did an excellent job and were very cooperative and creative in their approach.
Still On The Hill was hired by the homeowners to furnish and prepare a laneway house for family use on very short notice. Spencer; the site Superintendent, was incredibly accommodating and we were able to meet the very tight deadline. Spencer and his crew responded quickly, clearly, and politely and made our work on site feel easy and safe. The homeowners are delighted!
We had a fantastic reno experience with Kerr. Ale, Nisha, and Ximena were tremendous resources during planning and design. We had an unusual project: because of landscaping changes by the previous owners of our heritage house, we needed to add about 18 inches to the foundation under a portion of the wall under our front porch. Kerr came by a few days after our request for a quote, quoted accurately, and started work within 10 days of us signing the straightforward contract.
