Kerr-Bilt was awesome to work with. I purchased a tongue pull container chassis with steps for a concrete plant mobile batch house. They were able to accommodate some alterations/customizations for me without complaint and had our trailer built within two weeks of placing the order. They were extremely communicative and responsive and the price was very reasonable. I will be purchasing from Kerr-Bilt again in the future.
I purchased a container trailer in February, and it came with completely misaligned axles. It was a trailer that was already available for immediate delivery, so I’m not sure if they were already aware of the issue and sold it anyway. What I do know is that after just two weeks of use, all 8 of my tires were completely destroyed. I contacted Kerr Bilt, and they told me to reach out to TERRAN AXLES. I bought a trailer from her and the kid Joe or Dustin was pretty rude. After hauling my dodge 2500 for two hours down the freeway I get to OKC just to find out the frame is cracked and the guy who sold It to me told to tough luck.
