While Dr. Kerr is amazing her staff not so much very rude, never follows up after over a month of not hearing back and not answering the phone I finally got a answer from someone new I’m assuming and was told there was a billing issue but was never notified, there was a time when a staff member was so rude and hung up on me I called directly back and she never answered again for 2WEEKS. There was also a times where my lab script was not ever sent and I had to request it several times and it was sent weeks later and INCORRECT... read more
Staff places you on hold and never returns. I have been calling 3 days to make an appointment.
Dr. Kerr has been very help throughout my journey with Thyroid Cancer. When I first came to her, she immediately got right on it and particularly saved my life.
Dr. Kerr is truly God-sent. She always takes her time, genuinely listens, and shows deep compassion during every appointment. Her attentiveness and sincere care make me feel valued and understood. I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful, patient-focused doctor. Highly recommended!
