Had a walk in today and landed on Hikaru's Chair. He was really friendly, very welcoming, but unfortunately it was also really hard to communicate, because of the language barrier. It took a few tries until he understood my expectations. The fade was pretty good and he cut down my longer hair also well. Everyone at Kerp Salon was super friendly. Very calming and welcoming atmosphere. I booked an appointment online with Yuki and am very happy with choosing Kerp Salon. Yuki checked in with me throughout the process and asked about my hair routine to make suggestions and also gave me tips for styling my hair. I've found it hard to find someone who understands how to work with the thickness of my hair in the past but Yuki was able to address my concerns. Would highly recommend!
