We will never buy another car form Kerns again. Bought a car four months ago and had nothing but problems starting two weeks after we bought it. Finally had to trade it in on something that would actually run. Lost $8000 on the deal. Buyers beware.
Brought my truck in for new tires. The spare tire was mounted on my f150 because we had a flat. After buying 4 new tires the tech didn't bother to put the spare tire back in the proper location under the bed. Instead it was thrown in the bed loose. I expected better service from your dealership. That's why I asked my wife to take it to you.
Kern's Ford really gave us the upmost respect they possibly could!¡! Great and friendly service.
