Earned my business! Honest repairs Had oil dripping but couldn't tell where it was coming from. They said it was 49.95 to find the leak. They called a couple hours later and said my oil filter was loose and they tightened it for free. They were nice and answered all my questions and treated me right. what else can I say?
Kerns Complete automotive Care is AWESOME!! Kerns service is outstanding! They are very customer oriented, nice people. The service advisor communicated very well and made sure I understood what they were doing to my car. They even called with a status report before the car was done, just to make sure I knew how things were going. I would recommend them to my grandmother or anyone else, for that matter.
good guys for real you are the greatest! good work fast and cheap! thanks morgan! will get referrals from me! took my acura in for check engine light...bought a new car as repairs to the acura would cost more than the car was worth...got a great trade in though for the acura. all that matters now. this is a good shop treated fairly, was notified of work before anything was done and morgan is a stand-up guy!
Kern's Complete Auto Care is dependable. They take a while to get your car done, but it always seems to get repaired with integrity. They know what they are doing and we have been please with the service we have received from them when we've brought our cars there in the past. I have a couple of friends that absolutely think they are great and will not take their cars anywhere else.
