John is great. We received high quality service from purchase to installation. Would highly recommend.
Waste of time. Went there and sorted thru samples finding the perfect ones for my house. The guy working at the time wasn’t knowledgeable on the installation they could or couldn’t do, so I gave my contact info, but never heard back.
I worked with John at Kerns to purchase carpet for my office. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He made some great recommendations based on the room being carpeted and it's location in my house (basement with concrete floor). I'll definitely be going back if I need carpet in the future.
We are so glad we decided to try Kerns for flooring our newly remodeled basement rec room. John Guilford listened to what we wanted, asked us some questions, and then gave us a lot of options, taking the time to teach us about all the advantages of each one.
