I DO NOT recommend this company in any aspect! Avoid them! I bought a car for 12k which on arrival had been warmed up. I took note of mileage (98k) and asked Christian if the timing chain had been done. Which i was then lied to! The morning after picking it up I started it up and noticed the noise of a rattling chain! Fantastic service from start to finish. The fabulous Fabian provided updates regularly and gave information needed with alacrity. Cannot fault them. Everyone we met in the office was friendly and really helpful . Will be using them for all future servicing of our vehicles.
Bought tiguan for 8k day after I bought the car I noticed the door hinges were badly worn and that the brakes were not work correctly I also noticed the rear disks on surface were badly rusted and only 50% of the pads were touching the disks ,I also asked if the brake build had been tested they said yes the replaced the disks .as the conditions of the brakes (I have now found out that they should not have passed a MOT) I've also found out the brake fluid was black !!!!!!.
