Scott is extremely prompt, polite and efficient. A quote was sent to us within an hour or 2 of him visiting to measure up. He supplied us with samples when he said he would and he turned up on time, on the date he said he would, to fit the carpets. He worked hard the entire time he was here. I'll definitely be getting a quote from Scott/Kernow carpets for any future flooring I need.
