My husband saw Heather Burris for an ongoing UTI. She listened to him and had read his file before seeing him. She gave him the right medication and we would strongly recommend her as a great PA
Absolutely disappointed with this doctor's office. My daughter has been a patient for 12 years there and for the past two years or so the office has gone down hill. They only schedule same day sick appointments. If you cant get in that day you have to call back the next day and go through the same thing again. Have had to go to urgent care several times because of this. Took my daughter for an appointment today and the only thing they did was a flu/covid test. I’m writing to express my serious disappointment and concern regarding how my son’s father was treated during a recent visit to your Elon clinic. I’ve been bringing my children to Kernodle Clinic for over eight years and have never had a negative experience—until now. He left the clinic feeling completely disrespected, and from what he described, the way he was spoken to was not only unprofessional but felt like a verbal attack. Definitely the worst decision I've ever made was placing my daughter in that clinic. The receptionist takes 1-2 hours to answer your calls. I've tried to add my son as a new patient so he can go to the same doctor as my daughter, but they don't have staff to add patients. They just ask for your phone number and never call you. They also don't know when staff will be available to add a patient.
