Popcorn is good but my customer service experience today was unfavorable. The young lady & gentleman at the counter both had attitudes & didn’t seem happy, personable or helpful to be helping me & my party after spending over $100 in popcorn. My 1st impression wasn’t as I expected. They both seemed to have had an attitude for whatever reason upon me & my party entering the store. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
Best popcorn I have EVER had! I got the buffalo, oreo, & carmel/cheese mix. The small bag is a huge portion well.
I consider myself to be s popcorn expert and this popcorn was so good and fresh. I purchased it on a Sunday evening and wish I purchased a bag of caramel. I purchased the carmel/cheddar mix, butter and cheese and they were all good! The staff were also pleasant too. The bucket prices as well as individual bags were reasonably priced. This popcorn beats the famous popcorn place in Chicago! Very good!
The Young ladies who worked 2/27 (Didn’t catch their names) Phenomenal service very sweet, patient and kind! Great popcorn, fresh and flavorful would recommend if you’re a popcorn fan and if you’re not a popcorn fan pop by and I promise you will be
