I called several months ago and asked if they could service my hot tub and they said no, then they called back and said they actually could. A few months later they have failed to ever come and I have called and left messages multiple times and they do not return my call. I like to support small local businesses so it is frustrating to leave this review but they should either service the account like they said or call me back and tell me they cant
I found Kernan Pool Service by word of mouth and am SO thankful I did! This pool service has a good reputation for a reason! Keith was so friendly & professional from the first visit to present time. My pool looks awesome & my pool service is consistent. Communication is easy by phone, text and I even get an email with a picture of my clean pool after each visit - nice touch! My grandson wanted a pool this summer well we weren’t ready to get an in ground pool yet because we just aren’t sure our kids are ready for that so we got a nice above ground pool. I was lost as far as what I needed to do for upkeep. I contact Kernan Pool Service and Dustin told me upfront that they don’t normally service above ground pools due to their equipment being for in ground pools but offered to come out immediately and help us out. If I could have rated their service a 0 it would have been a 0. We went to Keith last year wanting our pool cleaned and he agreed to it and at first was on top of it, he fixed the plumbing and ordered our new pump. Fast forward 2 weeks later he would not contact us back or his son Dustin. We were given the run around and then they came back a year later!!
