Extreme cleanliness, very friendly staff (especially the young lady at the desk - I will have to get her name next time!) and I really love that they offer Alkaline water as an option! Always enjoy my experience here! 10/10
Doug and Hayden visited my home in Grand Bend because one of our irrigation system stations was running for two hours on the automatic setting. I didn't want to pay for all that water. They fixed it and checked it to ensure that it was working correctly. I was afraid that I was going to have to buy a new motherboard but that was not necessary and they saved me $$$$. Kern is terrific and Doug and Hayden are very knowledgeable.
If you want great service contact Kern, I was in need of irrigation parts and Katie was fantastic getting everything I needed quickly. Answered every question quickly. Thanks, looking forward to doing more business together.
