They get the job done being short staffed and limited on supplies. Knowledgeable staff. Service isn't all that bad. Been several times, can't complain.

These people don't give a damn about their patients. I went in with heat stroke. They moved in slow motion, acted like they didn't know what to do, didn't take my vitals, we're more concerned about paperwork than treating me, and refused to do ANYTHING without the doctor's say so. They wouldn't even give me a sip of water even though my heatstroke symptoms were obvious. They did NOTHING! Not to mention the fact that the ER entrance was almost invisible, and once through the door I had to walk halfway through the hospital to ... read more

I Want to thank Dr. Christopher Burrows, MD. At the kern valley emergency room. If it wasn't for his fast thinking and running a catscan on me. I would of lost my leg most likely my life. Thank you Dr Christopher Burrows, MD. For saving me. I'll never forget you.
