I drove up to Tehachapi from California City to get an x-ray done. I walked in at 4:10 and the clerk told me that patients need to be in the office by 4:00 to get seen. The website says it is open until 4:30 and there is nothing about needing to arrive by 4:00. Two days later I left work early and arrived by 3:45. There was a sign outside stating that they weren't taking anymore patients. Very frustrating!
The staff was the greatest, quick and efficient.
Walked in at around 0830 and was under the machine right away. Summer was very kind, professional and answered all my questions. So grateful for answered prayer! Grateful I didn't have to go back to Tehachapi Hospital and my Xrays will be sent to my doc today!
Painfully slow, waited 3 hrs with only 1 person a head of us. Messed up payment and the online payment set up is horrible
