Avoid. This company did a fantastic job at first…when the first big rain occurred two weeks after their cleaning, sanding and resealing, much of the sand washed right out of the pavers. After several attempts to contact the vendor, including calls, texts, emails and a registered letter, Kern ghosted us. They have not responded or replied to our attempts to contact them. Kern has not responded and will NOT stand behind their work. Avoid this shoddy company. Their lack of response is unacceptable.
Don't use the web based appointment scheduler for quotes. If you do, make sure you get a confirmation from a person.
Requested them to fix and repair paver’s around our pool that had sunk from being poorly installed. There work was done promptly and professionally. Definitely was a good experience
Excellent customer service and did a wonderful job repairing our pavers. Will be highly recommending to others!
Todd sealed our pavers but didn’t bother resanding them so tons of weeds are growing in between them now. I’ve been trying to contact Todd for over a month now via emails, calls, and texts with no response to any. All I want is to receive the service that we paid for. I would NOT recommend Kern Pavers
