The lack of care is reckless. The one profession where empathy is a must, and it is robbed through negligence and greed. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Avoid them.
I want to leave a 5 star review so bad. I really would love for you to bring Mischelle back. During the entire process of our father passing. Mischelle helped me every step of the way from the death certificate to the actual service. The service was grand. Mischelle held my hand the entire time. This is the first time having to deal with this, I have taken care of my father for the last 4 years. Him and I had became really close. Him passing was like me losing my world. She helped put me back together.
When our father passed away, we were faced with the overwhelming task of planning his final arrangements. From the very first moment, Mischelle at Kern Hesperia Mortuary stepped in with compassion and professionalism.
