GIna recently assisted a personal friend of mine find a place in LA. My friend did not know LA very well and had special criteria She was very prompt with responses and knew her areas well and ultimately she secured the perfect place for her. Gina was absolutely amazing! She took one look at our house, and she was sure she could sell it. We had our first offer, above asking, in less than a week! She told us what we needed to do to make the house look even more appealing and I know that is what clinched it for us. I will refer her to everyone I know who is looking to buy or sell. She didn’t hide anything from us, kept us updated on any progress or changes and even let us know when there wasn’t an update just so we weren’t in the dark. So glad we used her!
