Gina recently put our house on the market. Two weeks later, we had a full price cash offer. We closed escrow in 3 weeks…can’t ask for much better than that.
We just closed on our house. Had to sell it ASAP and Gina found buyers is under 2 weeks even though we expected the house to be on the market for over a month in the current market. She was super accommodating to our wishes and needs, she even sacrificed some of her commission for us. She has people readily available to help with fixes and cleaning and the whole process went super smooth considering our complicated circumstances. Definitely will be calling her again when I’m ready to buy👍🏻
