Highly unprofessional service, dishonest practices including hidden upselling and unfulfilled promises to repair damaged property during service.
Unfortunately, I need to write this review today as I feel I have no choice but to warn potential customers of the malicious business practices of KERN BSG. If you are seeking any of the business’ services, I would highly recommend giving your money to any of the company’s reputable competitors for a fair, honest and transparent process – one that I did not have with KERN BSG.
