So grateful doctor could help our dog with urgent care.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. Dr. Sylvia and his staff are the most amazing, kind, caring and compassionate people we have ever met. While in BC on work from Calgary, my 9 month old frenchie took a stumble and fractured his elbow. My husband brought him to Dr. Sylvia. He did surgery and took care of our Frankie. Myself, my husband and Frank will forever be grateful to you and your clinic.
My partner and I arrived the the clinic shortly after 8 AM, lady at the reception desk was wonderful, but sadly the vet was out of the clinic for a week, so couldn't help. Disheartening that the vet won't reach out to other clinics and give them a heads up, about being unavailable.

Dr. Farkvam is always incredibly kind and empathetic. He provides advice and reassurance; by letting you know how he would proceed if it were his own pet. He’s really just the best.
