Ian was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He was available, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He went well out of his way to help us when we were in a real pickle. We would recommend this business to anyone in need of moving equipment or storage.

Really friendly, great service, wonderful experience
The man came out of illness-induced exile to help us get on our way with the U-haul rental. He did not need to do that, and it was clearly very strenuous for him, which makes him a good person. I suspect some of the poor reviewers are just not used to his type of blunt sense of humour. Broaden your peripherals of personas folks, it takes all kinda blokes to keep this world moving!
