I would not advise anyone to rent a u haul from this scammer rented me dirty U-Haul with 3/4 of tank of gas I did gas it back up to 3/4 and I get a invoice for a extra 102$ for gas when I called he was nothing but rude district manager of U-Haul is taking his side I don’t know how this guy still has a licence to rent U-Haul his name is Ian
Provides a good and safe service
I've been harassed by someone who works here looking for some Ted guy. The first text I got I did not respond as it had nothing to do with me. Today I received another text and let the person know the number he has is not Ted's. The person proceeded to call my phone and be rude when my husband answered. I think this is highly unprofessional as I simply told the person I am not the person they are looking for, and they continued to harass me.
Came in after hours and had trouble finding spot for uhaul truck
Ian was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He was available, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He went well out of his way to help us when we were in a real pickle. We would recommend this business to anyone in need of moving equipment or storage.
