If I could give no stars I would. The gentleman working was rude and kept boosting about all his recent sales. We came in to just get some general information. He kept talking over us when we asked any questions. He wrote down some pricing in a brochure, but then told us it is 25k more because of where we are thinking about having the house located and that there would most likely be more costs involved due to fire rating. I worked with J.R. on designing my mobile home from beginning to end and even was able to go to the factory for last minute changes… I had a great experience with Kerman mobile homes!
RecommendedJR and Tim Are amazing! They spent countless hours working with me to design my custom unit and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend this place, I have known them for years and they are completely customer service oriented and they’re pricing is very competitive!
