I have been coming to this office for many many years, today I am sick. Called to get seen as walk in and told me to be here at 10 am and I got to my appt at 9:40 am, called them to check in and been waiting for an hr now. They have seen two patients before me and I called, they said I haven't been checked in. WTH is all that about, I told front off I called at 9:4] check-in and been waiting since. Does no one work at any of the departments? I have called referrals and patient portal..This is extremely unprofessional. Any time I go inside none of the front desk receptionists are helpful or even seem to know what they are doing. This place is all around the worst clinic I have been to. Do better.
Great wait times, Dr. pablo helped us with newborn care. She was very communicative with her concerns and showed real care for my newborn baby. Highly recommend. Bloodwork is also very fast and well done.
