10/10 customer service! Jason and Bert are the bees knees! Needed a dog bone mount asap and couldn't pick up in person but my man Bert personally went out of his way to drop it off at the house. Customer service great, communication great!
I was looking for the high pressure power steering hose, which I was struggling to find through my regular channels. Didn't want to leave this review. I had a good experience dealing with Kerma while I had a 3rd party installing my parts on the vehicle. Fast forward and this 3rd party shop is no longer open and getting support has been an issue. I have purchased multiple vnt17s from this company and I am currently experiencing failure with it. Back in January I emailed out for support asking what kind of core could be recovered on this unit, ready to spend another $850 on parts. I was met with no response.
