We love this property! It's in an amazing location that is both homey, authentic, and right in the center of the action. The original details from the 1800s throughout the homes are really wonderful and beautiful to find. A beautiful courtyard with seating scattered throughout, native plants, palms, and a hot tub! They have a new maintenance team it seems, from previous reviews. Love this place.

Rats in the Crows Nest room. A/C not in all rooms. Not well maintained... Crows nest shower is only good if you're 3ft tall, not exaggerating. Another bathroom was closed off because it was town apart. Another toilet was black on the inside and didn't work for a couple days. I counted 2 broken windows. It seemed no door closed properly. Must have key to exit the property (fire hazard). The front security fence looks like it's about to fall in on itself. We had a group of 18 and were stuck there for 4 nights. Terrible. Would ... read more

I rented the entire property for a large group (23 people) post Mardi Gras for a 60th birthday celebration for my husband. I was super stressed with that many people coming to NOLA and some for the very first time. Scott and Trinna were very helpful getting us all settled in our first day. They were both professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Scott even sent someone over with an extra stock pot and warming dish for our shrimp boil. We also needed some assistance with the AC in the Mardi Gras apartment and ... read more

This property has historical charm. It is centrally located and within walking distance of everything. The house has been around for centuries and has a wonderful history. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the owners and was impressed as to how quickly amenities were provided upon request. The hot tub was relaxing. The property has a few cosmetic flaws from being years old, but overall was a wonderful experience.

Disgusting. Do NOT stay. here. Anyone who recommends this place is suspect. It smells, is full of mold, has floors you can fall through, every light fixture looks full of dust and bugs. The hot water didn’t work. The toilet overflowed. I am embarrassed to stay here and the people operating it should be ashamed. I’m not exaggerating. This is not habitable.
