I scheduled the appointment over a month ago. I discussed the reasons that I was leaving my other doctor to see this one with the receptionist when making my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and at around 11 (time of my appt) I was put into a room to wait on the doctor. While in the room I could hear the doctor discussing football with the previous patient. It is now 11:15.
