Kerkstra has ignored my neighborhoods concerns, refusing to even address our attempts to contact them. We live in a dense residential, and repeatedly over the last two months they have arrived to clean a portable restroom well before dawn making beyond excessive noise with their equipment, clearly more designed for construction areas. Several of us have lost ample sleep on work nights.
