I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. My friend made an appointment for October 21st, and we arrived around noon to drop off our car. However, the woman at the front desk loudly informed us that it was impossible to service our car that day because we arrived too late. She said we needed to drop it off before 8:30 AM. I have not experienced the same as the good reviews here. I asked Tim to take care of the rust round my vans windscreen area. I felt I made it quite clear that I wanted the rust removed so that it would not be a problem in the future. I wasn't interested in a cover up, that looked good for a warrant but continued to corrode. Three months later, my father and I were looking for a leak, we presumed from the windscreen area and discovered serious rust above the windscreen, which he should have seen and dealt with. We can thoroughly recommend Kerikeri Panelbeaters. They are very busy and we had to wait several weeks for our appointment, but they did a great job repairing the scratch on our bumper and our car was returned to us cleaned inside and out. If we ever need their friendly, attentive service again, we will come back!
