There is a big issue with their payroll. As a prior driver, I got paid a certain amount but then it would change to a higher amount AFTER I got paid as if they're charging the I insurance companies more but pay drivers less. Something is happening there and it needs to get resolved. I am still investigating this issue myself! Pay up Kerico I was one of your best drivers never had issues with any of my patients....
Wow, their drivers are absolutely horrible. Weaving through traffic with no turning signals in the middle of Rush hour. These drivers need to be fired immediately before they kill someone. Absolutely completely unprofessional.
Kerico, this service is contracted with MTA through Humana insurance. The first time I was set to ride with them to pick me up, they came to my gate and rang my phone number, but never came through the gate for me to let them in and I was downstairs outside needing to get to my cardiology for surgery procedure, then MTA called back. They said they came and no one was out there. That was the first experience. The second experience 10/15/24. Again now they say didn’t get the order .
