Very professional, great bedside manner, listens to you, and explains things in a manner you can understand. Also, she is my pediatric daughters provider and is wonderful with her. Keri and her nurse Jo are highly recommended
Absolutely the best! Keri always takes time to really listen to my concerns and treats me as an integral part of the medical process. Doesn't speak condescendingly to me, but instead always respectfully discusses all of my options. My family is not treated as a number but as a valued patient. Couldn't be more happy with the care we receive from Keri.
I could be feeling better by now. I was seen 6/20/23. Requested antibiotics for sinus infection. MacDonald told me I didn't need any. She gave me a list of over the counter meds to buy, inwhich I spent over $55.00 just trying to feel better. Its now 6/25/23 and I feel worse than ever. I am not a doctor but I know my body. My coworker and I went to the doctor on the same day, different places. His doctor gave him antibiotics. He was feeling better by Friday. I am very disappointed with my care on 6/20/23.
