Denay had bad bedside manor. She callously told me that my ACL in my left knee was gone. Very condescending when I asked to see the MRI. She seemed unprepared and rushed my visit. The other doctors in the office were extremely helpful. After obtaining my MRI myself, I discovered that my ACL wasn't gone or ruptured, just very torn. If she studied my MRI she would have found that internal bleeding was blocking the side view. She just referred me to a surgeon. Never again
I was extremely disappointed with this doctor. She ordered a test that was completely unnecessary and after two appeals with insurance company, I ended up having to pay the $500 deductible. I've never had a doctor who needed those kind of unnecessary and expensive tests but she doesn't have the capacity to treat patients without them.
