I was recently re located over seas to Chicago. I had to rely on my realtor for an attorney and a Home Inspector. I am very pleased with Tim. There was significant structual problems in the crawl space. I was impressed he went under the old dirty, spider web crawl space. The house had about 5K in termite damage. The owner said the home was sold and inspected before and the other inspector did not find termites. Thanks Tim
My Father said it was a wsate to get an inspection,my realtor said " you need to get an inspection" and she recommended Kerfin. My Father instantly said do not use your realtors guy. There in bed together. So, I hired Kerfin anyways and it was the best decission I made throughout the buying process.After the inspection my attorney killed the deal which could of costed me around 20-20K in repairs.
