I've had an incredible experience with Keren. Not only does she make you feel wholeheartedly supported but she provides tactical tools and frameworks that help you do the work in a meaningful way. I cannot thank her enough for how much she's supported my growth.
I think I heard somewhere that a great therapist helps you become your own therapist. While working with Keren, I learned of tools and methods that I continue to use to not get overwhelmed in my own everyday life. She is experienced in remote therapy as well, which we practiced even before quarantine started.
