We purchased a new build from Kerdic Homes last year and have been so happy with all our dealings with them. Chris and the team are all fabulous. Any trades that have turned up have all been really nice people and do a terrific job. There are always things that need tweaking in new homes and Chris has been a professional to work through these and resolve them. I am a Investment Property Owner - I brought a townhouse off the plan with Kerdic Homes - We recently had a problem with the shelving in the main bedroom collapsing on my tennants. Upon investigation by two qualified builders it was there professional opinion that a subcontractor used by Kerdic homes did faulty work.
