Unfortunately, the car I bought was not what they advertised. I trusted that I was buying from a reputable dealership with good faith value. The car had issues within 4 weeks and it has an online depreciated value 50% of what I purchased it 9 months ago, with only 7k miles added to the car. Maybe it depreciated because Ciocca Subaru of pleasantville reported the complimentary service of the motor in that first month of ownership, therefore, Carfax factors that back into the value of the car. I called for an oil change service on Wednesday. I was promised a shuttle to my destination since they did not have a courtesy car. I showed up for my appt on Friday. The man at services desk claimed I had no appt in the system and they did NOT even have a shuttle. Despite this I was promised one of the phone to the point where they took down the address where I needed to go. One of our vehicles was involved in a front-end collision and Ciocca was picked to handle the repairs due to it being a GM dealership. Emilio handled the case and generally was a nice guy and treated us well. The reason for the 2-stars? I feel they treated my vehicle very poorly, padded the invoice because it was an insurance payout, didn't replace all the necessary parts, and left my vehicle OUTSIDE in the parking lot, with it's hood off for nearly a week straight.
