Very disappointing experience. I’ve tried to book an appointment for weeks, calling and texting both the Manhattan and Brooklyn locations multiple times. Every call goes to voicemail asking you to text, but they never reply. It feels like they’re using online deals for advertising without actually honoring the service. Completely unprofessional. I don’t recommend this salon.
