I had the business owner come to my door despite the fact that l have not had any work done by the business. I wrongly gave a poor rating to this business when l was frazzled upon moving from Melbourne and found nothing much was working. I raced down to buy a new dishwasher day's before Christmas. I didn't realise l had mixed up who was who as l had also requested a quote on a split system that never happened.
