I do find it odd that this firm would represent Falcon Insurance. They have pretty much violated every Texas insurance code and operated in bad faith. The TDI has numerous complaints about falcon and the NAIC also has a ton of complaints. That this set of lawyers say they do a good job in representing 3rd parties is definitely sacrilegious. In my situation falcon insurance took 17 days to even approve my claim and have done everything humanly possible to NOT give me a fair settlement.. They didn’t even inspect my vehicle f... read more
