I had a great experience with Ker & Downey. Nicole helped me plan my first Safari and it was a great - from ideation to itinerary to actual experience while in Africa. The attention to detail and the quality of my trip was excellent, and I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip, especially to areas that are more difficult to navigate as a foreigner

We had the absolute best family trip to Costa Rica thanks to Ker & Downey. Everything was planned so perfectly, and the resorts they chose were amazing. The excursions were spot on, from ziplining in La Fortuna to the boat tours in Tortuguero, and our private guide, Leo, was incredible—so fun, so knowledgeable, and he really made the whole experience feel personal and immersive for our family.
