I am incredibly grateful for the doctor and receptionist! They were both so sweet and went out of their way to help find an appointment due to my emergence kidney? infection. Firstly, the receptionist took time to help schedule and keep me updated for the next available appointment. We managed to book an appointment super quickly. She was incredibly nice! Worst doctors ever..they don’t care to see you or if what’s wrong is an emergency ..they kept stalling out my appointment when I needed an inhaler ..then want to prescribe the wrong bullshit medicine..
Dr.Lim is such a good doctor! He is so nice , friendly and patient! He will listen and explain all my concerns to me. He ordered the right exams for me. Even I moved to far place, I still come back.
My dad is one of his current patient and he still charged my dad $20 to filled out a permanent disability parking placard application. When I dropped off the application at his office 2 days prior. His office staffs never mentioned to me that there was a fee and so, when my sister called them to make sure that it was completely filled and signed by the doctor. This is when they finally mentioned the fee of $20 to my sister! Wow…this is really really an atrocious dishonesty and super bad customer service!
Office staff is very rude and not helpful doctor takes a month off cannot get prescrip phone never works Opposite steph leaves me on hold and then goes home for the day And then I end up in the hospital
