Kepo came to us recommended to do a large scale project on siding, windows, front door, portico and landing. The **** representative was extremely rude to my husband and any question we would ask would be responded with well you can go to ********** to get this cheaper. When we just wanted to understand the various options. Numerous questions were not able to be answered and when I called Kepo corporate no one called me back even though I was guaranteed a call back in 24 hours. By and large, Kepo is a great company with quality windows. They fall short in the area of measuring and installing curved/cresent windows and transom windows. The windows do not line up and appear much smaller than the double hung windows. I am pleased with the double hung windows and workmanship of the installation. But if you have unique windows, curved or transom. Caveat- Emptor.
I highly recommend Kepo! They re-sided our home and extended the roofline years ago. Only recently we discovered an error that was made. In spite of the extended time period since the work was done, they came out several times working on the problem till it was resolved to our satisfaction.
