I am thrilled to have stumbled upon Kephart Plaza, mainly because I have been a dinosaur fanatic since I was a mini-me. Kephart is basically a real-life Jurassic Park, minus the whole dinosaur-trying-to-eat-you thing, and it's also an okay place to live with somewhat good management and maintenance in an almost great location that's kinda close to downtown, grocery stores and pharmacies. I am thrilled to have stumbled upon Kephart Plaza, mainly because I have been a dinosaur fanatic since I was a mini-me. Kephart is basically a real-life Jurassic Park, minus the whole dinosaur-trying-to-eat-you thing, and it's also a great place to live with awesome management and maintenance in a fantastic location that's super close to downtown, grocery stores and pharmacies. However, walking or biking in Lock Haven can be downright treacherous due to the serious lack of traffic cops.
