Went to the clinic for a x-ray after four days of throbbing pain in my arm with a referral. When I walked in immediately an old woman turned me away an hour before closing time (would give zero stars if possible)
My son was in excruciating pain and doctor referred us to this place. We arrived and were told by rude older lady on reception they would not see us today for a xray. Will never use this substandard service again.

Condescending male receptionist. First time here was good but after the phone call this morning I won’t be coming back. Rude.
My wife and I went to the scanning facility for the first time today. It could not be worse the way we were welcomed to the place. No greeting no support for new customers. When my wife said to a lady front staff that she is having an appointment in 30 minutes, the lady replied ‘For???’ in a very unfriendly way. I can tell that the vibe of this place is very off. The front staffs look grumpy somehow, like they hate the customers. We will never come back to Lumus. Such a disgrace.
