Had to get in touch. Waited for over 20 mins. No option go leaving message.
Due to some other negative reviews I was a bit concerned but found lumus good. The reception and ultrasound tech staff were nice and efficient. Appointment was on time. Only issue was my appointment was initially booked into a spot reserved for a different scan type so had to be rescheduled but not a big deal.
Went for a CT scan with a chance I have Bone Cancer, 2 Hour fasting required. 1 hour later I walked out after am supposed appointment time in extreme hatred towards substandard staff treatment - when your informed other people that there was a delay their procedures. When I returned to my car, I checked my BSL (as a type 1 Diabetic) - guess what 3.9 hypoglycemia range. Congratulations your medical incompetence and stupidity created. a medical lawsuit.
The reception staff are terrible. I went in Monday to book a USS and told them that I am seeing the Dr on Friday. They told me that they had an availability on Wednesday so I booked it and took time off work to attend. I was on time to discover that they had booked me for the week after my follow up appointment. It is sad when your staff cannot even read a calendar. I now have less than 2 days to find another place. I suggest you skip the middle man and just go somewhere else rather than waste you time.
Don't come unless you have 2 hours to wait and waste completely useless
