I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star review. My dad took a chainsaw up there. Dude promised him it would be done that day. Then my dad asks the guy twice if it’s done in a week span. Finally went called him and text him at 9am no show of course!
Took in a chainsaw, was told it would be back the same day. After 3 trips to his shop and 6 days the saw was not repaired. The air filter was missing and could not be found. The choke lever had been replaced with one the was beat up and did not fit. The screw for the handle was missing. Stay away from this shop.
I've waited over a month to leave a review with hopes RJ would follow through with the job he started. Not only did I waste an entire day waiting on him as well as several times he was to show, he never finished my tiller and still has the bolts I need to put the cover back on. I gave him every opportunity to redeem himself, only to receive false promises that he'd be back to finish the job. I drove to his "shop" to get my bolts, yet he was nowhere to be found and unable to be reached being his phone was smashed. He eventual... read more
