I went to the shop because I had an issue that had to be dealt with on the spot. They was extremely busy wasn’t able to help, but I said I only needed to hook up the scanner to help me. They went out of their way to make sure I was good Ollie and monarch are very awesome. I highly recommend them anytime to anybody I I know we’ll be going there now thanks so much Ali in Monarch you guys are awesome
Told me they will be able to fix my car then told me they wouldn’t even fix it now I have to double pay Aaa to tow my car back to my house I would not recommend them to anybody what a waste of time and money
They are not thorough and they overcharge and will implement something is needed just to make a buck
Poor communication skills. Told me my car would take up to a week, were now going on week 3 of me not having my car and the mechanic not calling to keep us updated and when we call him he answers when he wants.
Wow, where do I even start? I recently took my car to here for a routine check-up, and let me tell you, I was blown away by the level of service and expertise I received. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this was a different kind of mechanic shop.
